from our evening and midnight Mass - when we celebrated Christmas joy.

Merry Christmas

May there be harmony in all your relationships. 

May sharp word, envious thoughts and hostile feelings be dissolved

May you give and receive love generously. 

 May this love echo in your heart like the joy of church bells on a clear December day.

May each person who come into your life be greeted as another Christ.

May the honour give the Babe in Bethlehem be that which you extend to every guest who enters your presence

May the hope of this sacred season settle in your soul. 

May it be a foundation of courage for you when times of distress occupy your inner land.

May the wonder and awe that fills the eyes of children be awakened within you. 

May it lead you to renewed awareness and appreciation of whatever you too easily take for granted.

May the bonds of love for one another be strengthened as you gather with your family and friends around the table of festivity and nourishment.

May you daily open the gift of your life and be grateful for the hidden treasures it contains.

May the coming year be one of good health for you. May you have energy and vitality. May you care well for your body, mind and spirit.

May you go often to the Bethlehem of your heart and visit the One who offers you peace. May you bring this peace into our world.

READ BEFORE YOU WATCH

One day a son tells his father:
-Papa, do you want to run a marathon with me?
- And the father said yes.
They run their first marathon together.
Another time, the son asks:
-Papa, do you still run a marathon with me?
- And the father says yes, my son
One day, the son asks his father:
-Papa, do you want to run with me Ironman?
The Ironman triathlon is the most difficult:
to swim 4km, bike for 180 km and to run 42 km
And dad says yes
The story seems simple. Until, you watch the video ...
There is only one word to say: RESPECT

Advent:
....we ask Our  Father for many things, waiting for His Son
... want trust Him more and stronger
.... change something
... prepare our hearts
... be better
.... welcome Him

He loves and has power to do everything.

Morning Mass - we prayed with children from Saint Aiden's School
Evening prayer - celebrated Sacrament of Reconsiliation - God's love and forgiveness touching humans' hearts.
Afrer prayer - like every day - time for refreshment.

Evening meeting - closer to God's love and grace of our Baptism.

Saint Cedd's Feast

In honour of our patron we celebrate this Sunday in our parish community.

Yesterday I visited place where in 653 Saint Cedd sailed down the east coast of England from Lindisfarne and landed at Bradwell.

Amazing, peaceful place.
